Ogun PDP Crisis: INEC Recognises Kashamu Faction,Their Candidates

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC write a letter addressed to the National Chairman of the PDP, dated 25th October 2018 but delivered 30th October 2018 (copy attached) to recognises the Senator Kashamu Buruji fraction as only the candidate’s list from the lawful primaries.

it was clearly stated that the commission has recognised only the candidates list from the lawful primaries conducted by the Bayo Dayo PDP Ogun exco. Consequently, our candidates list has been accepted, processed and certified for the forthcoming elections.

Senator Buruji Kashamu said, to Almighty God be the glory of all human achievements, for nothing can happen without His consent. We, therefore, thank God for the successful recognition of the Bayo Dayo Ogun PDP exco by INEC and the PDP National as we’re one family for participation in the forthcoming 2019 elections.
