Crisis rocks the Ekiti State House of Assembly on Thursday as Chief Whip, Hon. Sunday Akinniyi a.k.a Gbosa Impeached.
Hon. Akinniyi a.k.a Gbosa represents Ikere Constituency ll was Impeached because he was not in support of Fayose’s continuity agenda.
The lawmakers elected Hon. Onigiobi Fawale represents Ekiti South West as new Chief Whip.
Meanwhile, early hour of Thursday, the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Segun Adewumi has been Impeached.
Shortly after the impeachment which took place during plenary on Thursday, a new Deputy Speaker, Hon. Sina Animashaun was appointed.
