Edo Guber: Voting Strength Of Each Local Government
A few hours of the Edo governorship election, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has released the each registered voter and PVCs collected across the 16 local government areas of the state.
According to the INEC figures, Edo South is the dominant district in terms of registered voters and PVCs collection.
Edo South has 1,281,414 registered voters.
In the zone, 78.1 per cent of the PVCs have been collected.
Conversely Edo North has 564,122 registered voters; 84 per cent of the PVCs have been collected.
In Edo Central, the total registered voters are 364,998; out of which 74.4 per cent have been collected.
