Atiku’s campaign DG dumps PDP for APC

The Director-General of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential campaign in the Northeast, Senator Saidu Umar Kumo, has defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Kumo’s defection was disclosed by President Muhammadu Buhari’s Personal Assistant on New Media, Ahmad Bashir via his Twitter handle, on Friday.

Bashir stated that Kumo’s defection was an indication that Buhari will emerge victorious during the February election.

“Senator Saidu Umar Kumo from Gombe and North East DG Atiku/PDP Presidential Campaign Council has dumped PDP and joined the moving train to the #NextLevel. #PMB4Plus4 is assured, in sha Allah!,” Bashir tweeted.
