Job: Ekiti TESCOM 2019 Recruitment Updates

The deadline to submit the Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission, TESCOM, recruitment application form has closed.

The application form closed on Sunday night, October 6, 2019.

According to the Chairman of the TESCOM, Hon B J Abegunde said that those applicants submitted their application form and paid their examination fee should visit the website: www.ekitistate.gov.ng/jobs regularly for the examination date.

The Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) who commenced the 2019 Teachers’ Recruitment Exercise Into Ekiti State Public Secondary Schools last week Monday.

The Chairman Teaching Service Commission Executive Chairman of TESCOM, Hon B J Abegunde, said the planned mass recruitment was a sequel to the approval of the state governor Kayode Fayemi.

According to him, the governor has directed the board to fill vacancies in public secondary schools in the state without delay.

He said the application forms will be available online from Monday, September 23, 2019 and the application form is free of charge, interested applicants should note that a payment of N1,000 only will be required to sit for the examinations.

Abegunde stated further that only holders of the National Certificate of Education (NCE) and University Degrees in Education In subjects taught in Secondary Schools are qualified to apply.

Completed forms should be submitted online between Monday, September 23, 2019 and Monday, October 7, 2019 and applicants must print the acknowledgment slip on the last page of their forms which will serve as their entry pass during the qualifying examination to hold at a later date.

Candidates who processes the National Certificate in Education (NCE) or a University Degree in Education combined with a teaching subject such as BED, BSC.ED, BA.ED or BSC or BA (Single Honour), with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education combined with or in a Teaching Subject such as Basic Science, Social Studies, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematic, Economics, Geography etc or Art Subject such as English, Fine-Art, Yoruba, CRK, History, Political Science, French.
