VIDEO: APC Chairman Adamu Shouts ‘Praise The Lord’ On Church’s Pulpit

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Adamu has been seen in a video trending online shouting ‘Praise the Lord.

Adamu stated this during a funeral service in one of the branches of the Evangelical Church of West Africa (ECWA).

The APC Chairman in the video was seen wearing a cap as he mounted the pulpit to greet members of the congregation.

He shouted, “Praise the lord! The lord is good,” as the congregation responded.

However, it is not clear when the video of the APC National Chairman was recorded.

The ruling party has been battling the controversy surrounding its Muslim/Muslim presidential ticket.

The presidential candidate of the party, Bola Tinubu in his desire to take over from President Muhammadu Buhari at the end of his tenure in 2023 picked the former governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima as his running mate.

The decision of the APC has generated heat online as Christian religious bodies have expressed their displeasure with the decision of the ruling party.

The trending video of Adamu could be a means for the ruling party to state that it is not against Christians.
