Senator Buruji Kashamu formerly Chairman of the South West Mobilization Committee of PDP is currently representing Ogun East District.
The party in the communique declared that the anti-party activities of some of the members led the party to lose elections in Ondo, Ogun and Edo states, hence the need to sanction them.
Zonal Chairman of the party, Dr. Eddy Olafeso, flanked by Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state, Chief Bode George and Otunba Iyiola Omisore while reading the communique at the end of the expanded meeting, urged the Ogun State chapter of the party to do away with anything that has to do with Senator Kashamu and to stop dealing with him henceforth.
