Kano PDP Protests, Burn Secondus’ Posters For Making Kwankwaso Leader

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP members in Kano today staged a protest at Kano State PDP Headquarter over changed of party leadership.

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was dissolved the Kano State Executive Committee of the party last week Friday, August 31.

He added that a caretaker committee has been constituted to pilot the affairs of the state chapter of the party.

The Posters of PDP National Chairman, Prince Secondus, was burnt by them.

It should be recalled that Senator Kwankwaso who recently decamped from APC to PDP was made the party leader in Kano.

The move infuriated many of the party members who staged a protest at the party headquarters on Monday.
