The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) has unveiled JAMBMOBILE, a mobile application which will help candidates check matriculation status, accept or reject admission.
JAMBMOBILE was launched at the 2018 policy meeting of tertiary institutions, which took place at the newly-opened 4,000-capacity Bola Babalakin auditorium in Gbongan, Osun state.
In attendance were all vice chancellors of universities, rectors of polytechnics and the Registrar of JAMB, Ishaq Oloyede.

In his presentation, Oloyede reviewed the improvement policies and process put in place, to ensure a hitch-free admissions for the 2018 academic sessions.
He also said exams were now being synchronised to ensure that they begin and end at the same time across the country.
