The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu once again is in the eye of the storm after he said climate change is a question of how to prevent a church rat from eating a poisoned holy communion.
The recent blunder is coming 48 hours after he described the governor of Kaduna State as being creative in turning a rotten situation into a bad one during his address at the seventh Kaduna Economic and Investment Summit (KADInvest).
“I am openly begging governor el-Rufai not to run away from additional degrees like PhD or others. There are educated derelicts,” the Tinubu said.
“We are not going to let you run away. Your vision, creativity and resilience in turning a rotten situation to a bad one are necessary at this critical time and that is why we are here.”
Meanwhile, the former Lagos State governor while taking questions from moderators at Arewa joint committee interactive session in Kaduna State today, slipped again when he said climate change is a question of how to prevent a church rat from eating a poisoned holy communion.
He also went further to say that if the West doesn’t guarantee Nigeria’s finances, it will not implement policies on climate change.
