Ganduje: APC Will Win Kogi Election by 99% Margin

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has set its sights on a landslide victory in the upcoming Kogi governorship election. The party’s national chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, has expressed confidence that the APC will win by a margin of 99% on November 11, 2023.

Ganduje made the remarks during the inauguration of the party’s national and state campaign councils for the election. He said that the APC is a popular party in Kogi and that the people of the state are loved by the current administration.

“We are expecting nothing less than 99 percent victory votes from the people of Kogi in this forthcoming Nov. 11 governorship election,” Ganduje said.

“The APC Governorship flagbearer, Ahmed Usman Ododo, is a credible and articulate candidate who is ready to lead Kogi to the next level of its development.”

Ganduje urged APC members and supporters to work hard to ensure the success of the party and its candidate, Usman Ododo, who he described as a loyal and hardworking son of Kogi State. He said Ododo has the experience and competence to take Kogi to the next level of development.

He also assured the people of Kogi that President Bola Tinubu would create a conducive atmosphere for a peaceful and credible election. He praised the outgoing Governor Yahaya Bello for his good governance and his support for Ododo.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that the National Campaign Council is headed by Dapo Abiodun, the Governor of Ogun State, while the State Campaign Council is led by Yahaya Bello. Abiodun expressed his commitment to work with Bello to run a vigorous and peaceful campaign that would win over the opposition.

The APC’s confidence in its chances of winning the election is based on a number of factors. The party is currently in power in Kogi and has a strong track record of delivering on its promises. The APC also has a well-organized and experienced campaign team.

The opposition parties, on the other hand, are divided and lack the resources to mount a serious challenge to the APC.

The APC’s target of 99% victory is ambitious, but it is not impossible. If the party can mobilize its supporters and get out the vote, it is well within reach.

The upcoming Kogi governorship election is expected to be closely contested. However, the APC’s confidence and its strong track record give it a significant advantage. The party is likely to win by a comfortable margin and retain control of the state.
