Isaac Fayose, the younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has praised President Bola Tinubu’s achievements in office barely a month after his inauguration.
In a video shared online, Isaac said the numerous rumours and speculations about Tinubu’s health are all lies. He said the president is fit and healthy and has been delivering on his campaign promises.
Isaac Fayose, who did not vote for Tinubu in the last election, said he is among the many Nigerians who are regretting their choice. He said Tinubu has proven himself to be a visionary leader who has transformed the country in a short time.
He cited some of Tinubu’s accomplishments, such as restoring electricity supply, improving security, and creating jobs. He also said that the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, would not get up to 2 million votes if the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) decides to conduct another election.
Tinubu, who was born on March 29, 1952 in Lagos State, is a former governor of Lagos State and a former senator for Lagos West. He was elected president of Nigeria on February 25, 2023 under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), defeating his main rivals from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP), Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi respectively.
