Ekiti Chief Of Staff Sets To Quit Fayose’s Government

Chief Sunday Anisulowo, the Chief of Staff to the Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose, sets to quit the government.

The revered Chief has suffered enough humiliation in the hand of the Emperor of Ekiti. He has been making conscious efforts to whittle down the influence of Anisulowo among his people of Are Ekiti.

He ensured that Anisulowo didn’t make any Are Ekiti son as his personal assistant in the office of Chief of Staff.

Instead, he appointed his lady friends as PA to Anisulowo. Also, he has denied the consummate and reliable grassroots politician, Mr. Computer to run for House of Assembly and Chairman Ifelodun/Irepodun local government. All for Chief Anisulowo not to be influential.

The last straw that broke the Carmel back was Fayose’s attempt to pick another his lady friend from Are Ekiti as a Supervisor instead of the leader of the legislative house that has been appointed from Are.

The Emperor seized the opportunity to lampoon Chief Anisulowo for insisting that the Supervisor must go to Iworoko. Anisulowo had to leave Are in annoyance and he is about to resign his appointment now.

Efforts are on to beg him to stay but The Chief will surely quit.
