Ukraine President gives condition for talks with Russia
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, on Sunday gave a condition to discuss with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
Newsflash Nigeria had earlier reported that Putin expressed readiness to talk with Ukraine.
Zelensky, however, rejected meeting with Putin in Belarus as supported Russia’s invasion.
According to Independent UK, Zelenskyy in an address posted online offered to host the meeting in alternative locations; Warsaw, Bratislava, Budapest, Istanbul and Baku.

He said, “Warsaw, Bratislava, Budapest, Istanbul, Baku. We proposed all of them.
“We want to talk, we want to end the war but only in a country where missiles are not flying.
“Other locations are possible but we will not hold peace talks in Belarus which played a critical role in aiding Moscow’s invasion.”
