The Oore Of Otun, Oba (Dr.) James Adedapo Oladele Popoola, Odundun 1, in Moba Local Government Area of Ekiti State has joined his ancestors just a month after Oluyin of Iyin Ekiti passed on.

On September 20, the Oluyin of Iyin-Ekiti, in Irepodun Ifelodun Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Oba Ademola Ajakaiye, has joined his ancestors.
Newsflash247 on Tuesday confirmed the death of the Oore of Otun at about 6:30 am.
There has been uncertainty about his death since Monday evening as some chiefs in the palace claimed that the monarch was hale and hearty.
However, situation report from Otun Ekiti to the state police headquarters confirmed the demise of the monarch.
The report quoted the chief security officer to the late monarch who confirmed that the prominent Oba had passed on and his body had been deposited in a morgue
The late Oba (Dr.) James Adedapo Oladele Popoola born on the 26th of January, 1957.
