Two young men were severely dealt with by a traditional ruler after committing an offence in Zamfara state.
According to reports, the duo was nabbed for allegedly stealing and rather than hand them over to the police or allow them to go free, they were handed over to the traditional ruler who decided to treat them in his own way.
The men were tied as the aged monarch flogged both of them mercilessly, leaving them in tears.
