Tinubu Lands In London Chatham House
The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, has arrived in London, the United Kingdom where he is expected to address some forums on the security and economy of Nigeria which his party failed to uplift in eight years.
Tinubu landed on Saturday afternoon for the Chatham House, London programme, “looking very tired and exhausted.”, Sahara Reporters reports.
Recall that the Tinubu campaign team had reported that APC presidential candidate was set to embark on foreign trips from December 4.
According to his campaign team, the essence of the trip was for him to meet global leaders regarding his presidential aspiration.
This had been disclosed in a series of tweets posted on Monday by the APC Presidential Campaign Council.
It had said Tinubu would travel to key Western capitals from December 4 and is expected to return to Nigeria latest December 12 to continue his campaign rallies and stakeholders’ engagement.
“Tinubu has just landed in London, Chatham House programme, running away from the Arise TV Town hall and others. He is very tired and exhausted,” the source stated.
