T.B Joshua death: Let the body of our son be intact – Ondo monarch warns

The monarch of Arigidi-Akoko in Akoko North West Local Government Area of Ondo State has called for an investigation into the cause of death of the Founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet TB Joshua.

The Zaki of Arigidi, Oba Yisa Olanipekun, requested that the body of the deceased be preserved until arrangements are made to examine or certify the cause of his sudden death

Oba Olanipekun also requested that being a son of Arigidi with his impact evident in the community, the body of the man of God should be moved to Arigidi for final burial rites.

T.B Joshua demise was reported to have occurred on Saturday after a prayer and worship session at his church in Lagos State.

Meanwhile, the body of the popular Televangelist was believed to have been deposited in a morgue somewhere around the church.

The monarch said a delegation from SCOAN is presently headed for Arigidi from Lagos to brief the community of the development and as well submit factual reports of the devastating incidence.

“Pending receipt and confirmation of this report, I solicit the full co-operation of SCOAN church members in Nigeria and across the globe to allow the immediate family and the Arigidi Community mourn this painful loss without further distractions.

“I am hereby making a demand that his body be preserved intact until arrangements are made to examine and/or certify the cause of his death and the body is moved to Arigidi for final burial rights to be announced at a later date.”
