Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has sacked the Director General (DG) of the Lagos State Sports Commission, Mr. Babatunde Bank Anthony.
He also announced Mr. Oluwatoyin Gafar Bolowotan as his replacement.

It was gathered that Anthony was appointed by the immediate past Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, during his tenure.
The statement said the development is in line with the ongoing re-organisation of the State Public Service for efficient service delivery.
The appointment is with immediate effect.
