Police Invite Busola, Her Husband Over COZA’s Saga

The Nigeria Police Force,NPF invite Busola Dakolo and her husband Timi Dakolo over the allegation of rape levelled against Biodun Fatoyimbo, pastor of CommonWealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Newsflash247 reports.

Busola Dakolo, celebrity photographer, had accused Fatoyimbo of raping her when she was 16.

In a statement on Saturday by Deputy Commissioner of police, IGP Special Tactical Squad Force Headquarters in Abuja, Kolo Yusuf, a copy sent to Newsflash247, said the office is investigating a case of criminal conspiracy, falsehood, michief, and threat to the life of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.

“That Bisola Dakolo and his husband, Timi Dakolo are requested to interview on Tuesday, July 23 at 10:00am.

The invitation letter, which was delivered at the Lekki residence of the Dakolos around 6pm.

There was drama during delivery of the invitation letter as the couple raised alarm with the social media awash with alleged invasion of their private residence by police operatives.

Calls to Police spokesman Frank Mba were not answered or returned.
