Thousand of South West youths in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) have endorsed former Lagos State Governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as the party’s consensus presidential candidate.
The group from 6 South West states converged in their numbers at Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Stadium, in Lagos to demonstrate their support for the party’s national leader.
The youths said the choice of Tinubu was due to his incredible pedigree, experience and resume.
The group noted that the former Lagos Governor is respected and widely accepted, especially in the southwest.

The youths added that the APC leader will sustain infrastructural strides, economic reforms and other remarkable legacies of the president.
The group, however, enjoined other youths from other zones to throw their weight behind Tinubu.
Tinubu, 70, stormed the stadium in the company of Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Deputy Governor, Dr Obafemi Hamzat and other leaders of the party.
