PHOTOS: 83-year-old monarch, Alaafin of Oyo shows off workout skills

The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, took to the Oyo township stadium for shadow boxing.

The 83-year-old monarch went exercising with Moji Adeyemi, one of his wives, at the Durbar Stadium in Oyo.

He also engaged in shadow boxing, road walk, and other light exercises.

The Alaafin has more than 10 wives, many children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
