Oyo Guber 2019: APC Disqualifies Buhari’s Minister, Shittu Over NYSC Certificate
The Minister of Communication, Adebayo Shittu, has disqualified to contest for the governorship election of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
According to the All Progressives Congress (APC) who released a list of governorship aspirants that have been successfully cleared to contest for primaries in 26 states.
This was contained in a statement on Thursday night by the party’s spokesman, Yekini Nabena.
The list has been endorsed by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party.
Names of those cleared in other states are expected to be released in the coming days.
In Oyo State, Only Adebayo Shittu has not cleared out of Nine contesting due to the failure of providing NYSC certificate.
