NNPCL Begins Computer-Based Recruitment Tests for 45,689 Applicants
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) on Saturday commenced computer-based aptitude tests as part of its recruitment process for various positions within the state-owned oil firm.
In a statement posted on its official Facebook account, NNPCL revealed that 45,689 applicants are vying for the available vacancies, emphasizing that only the most qualified candidates will be selected at the end of the exercise.
“As the Computer-Based Aptitude Test for NNPC Ltd.’s recruitment begins today at various centres across the country, 45,689 applicants compete in a transparent and inclusive recruitment process,” the statement read.

NNPCL Group Chief Executive Officer, Mele Kyari, visited one of the test centres to oversee the process. He assured applicants of a smooth, fair, and credible recruitment exercise, reiterating that only the most qualified individuals will be offered employment.
“As an equal opportunity employer, NNPC Ltd. has made special provisions to ensure that applicants with disabilities can take the test without any hindrance,” Kyari stated, underscoring the company’s commitment to inclusivity.
