An unidentified man on Wednesday committed suicide by jumping from the third floor of the Magistrate Court in Ogba, Lagos State.
The man was reportedly owing to a debt of N40,000 which led his creditor to report the matter to the police, who in turn charged him to court.
Following his inability to settle the debt, he was remanded in prison custody for six months until his case came up again yesterday for hearing at the Magistrate Court in Ogba, Lagos State.
It was after the hearing – it’s unclear at this moment what decision the court came up with again – that the young reportedly leaped to his death from the 3rd floor.
