Kwankwaso Declines To Contest For Senate, Cedes PDP Ticket To Progeny
The former Presidential aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and the former Kano State governor, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso has declines to run for Senate for the second time.
Senator Kwankwaso who Represents Kano Central in the Senate has Rescinded his earlier decision to run for Senate for a second term under the banner of the PDP.
It was gathered by this paper that the Senator ceded the ticket to a Youthful and Vibrant Representative who would now slug it out with Mallam Shekarau.
According to the @OfficialPDPNig primaries, Kwankwaso was offered Senatorial ticket by the Party but in turn offered the ticket to his Political Progeny, a serving member Representing Dala L.G. in the HOR, Hon. Aliyu Sani, who will slug it out with Mallam Shekarau.
