Imo APC Crisis: Court Orders INEC Not To Recognize Okorocha As Senatorial Candidate

The Drama in the All Progressives Congress Imo State gets Entertaining by the Minutes as the Hope Uzodimma and Deputy Governor Eze Madumere Faction has Obtained a Court Order from the Owerri Federal High Court Restraining INEC and its Agents from Recognizing the Rochas Okorocha led Faction.

Madumere had taken APC to Court praying the Court to Restrain APC from adopting any Candidate who emerged from the Post Governorship primary election that took place on 6th October

Recall that this afternoon, Governor Okorocha Obtained a Court order from an Abuja High With FORM 48 ordering APC Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole to Recognize Uche Nwosu as Authentic Governorship Candidate.
