Imo APC: Confusion As Uzodinma, Okorocha’s Son-in-law Receive INEC Forms For Governorship Election
Ahead of 2019 general elections, there is currently confusion in Imo State as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has given forms to both senator Hope Uzodinma and Rochas Okorocha’s son-in-law, Uche Nwosu as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates for the governorship election in the state.
Chief of Staff to Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, was presented with INEC forms as the Imo APC Governorship Candidate in the 2019 election on Friday.
Also, the Governorship Candidate of the All Progressive Congress in Imo State Senator Hope Uzodinma was also seen displaying his INEC form.
Recall that an Abuja High Court on Wednesday recognized Senator Hope Uzodinma as the candidate of the party for the 2019 Imo governorship election.
The court, which was presided over by Justice O.A Musa said that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) must also recognize only Uzodinma as the governorship candidate in the 2019 election.
