I wonder if Wike is an Actor, he is just giving us premium entertainment – Arise TV Presenter Ayo Mairo-Ese

Nigerian journalist and Arise TV presenter, Ayo Mairo-Ese, has described the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, as an actor and premium entertainment in the forthcoming presidential election season.

Ayo Mairo-Ese said during the Morning Show program, said that sometimes he wondered if Governor Wike, is an actor because he is just giving them premium entertainment this election season.

Ayo Mairo-Ese made the statement while reacting to the statement by Nyesom Wike that he would bring to public notice who he will be supporting for the 2023 presidential race in January and that he would campaign for his state by state.

Ayo Mairo-Ese began by saying,

“I’m now wondering, if Mr Wike or Barrister Wike a governor or an Actor, is just giving us premium entertainment this election season.

“Some people have said he is ground-standing, it’s almost getting to his head in release statements like this saying that he will campaign for whoever he chooses and he will tell you who to vote for.”

She analyses what Governor Wike said, “Almost implying that he has followers who are just waiting eagerly for the manifestation of governor Wike as to who he would anoint as his chosen one for election 2023 and then all of them now follow.”

Ayo Mairo-Ese clarified that at the end of the day it is still one man one vote in Nigeria, Governor Wike might influence absolutely and people might look up to him.
