Gunmen attack Ex-Imo Gov Ohakim, bombed convoy, four orderlies feared dead

Unknown gunmen have attacked the convoy of the former governor of Imo State, Ikedi Ohakim, Newsflash Nigeria learnt.

The incident occurred on Monday evening at Oriagu in the Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.

According to the report, four of his police orderlies were feared dead in an attack.

The gunmen attacked his convoy and threw explosives at it when they could not capture Ohakim.

The former governor who governed the state between 2007 to 2011 was bombed his vehicle by gunmen.

Ohakim’s backup vehicle was bombed, which resulted in the death of the four security detail.
