Gbenga Daniel Steps Down From PDP Chairmanship Race
Former Ogun State Governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has stepped down from the People Democratic Party chairmanship race.
Mr. Daniel in a letter to the party said he voluntarily withdrew from the Chairmanship race so that the party can collectively elect good leaders for the purpose of winning elections in 2019.
He is the fifth candidate to withdraw after Rashidi Ladoja, Raymond Dokpesi, Jimi Agbaje and Chief Olabode George also withdrew their interest to contest the national chairmanship position.
