Ganduje, Emir Sanusi Meet At The 35th Convocation Of BUK

Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State and Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II were seen together at the 35th Convocation ceremony of Bayero University, Kano.

The Governor And the Emir were not in good terms since after 2019 governorship election. The state government was reported to have accused Emir Sanusi of Involvement in partisan politics.

Governor Ganduje splitted Kano Emirate into 5 and is currently probing the Emir on misappropriation of the Kano Emirate Funds.

However, Despite their misunderstanding the two prominent personalities were seen having good time together at the Convocation ceremony which held today, Saturday 15 June 2019.

Dignitaries at the event include the Former Head of State Gen Yakubu Gowon, Chancellor of the University King Alfred Papapereye Diete-Spiff, Executive Secretary NUC Prof Abubakar Adamu Rashid and many More.
