Fuel truck crashes along Ado-Ikere road in Ekiti

A truck belonging to the Matrix Petroleum Company with the registration number Ogun 643 YE loaded with about 34 liters of PMS has reportedly crashed on Saturday along Ado- Ikere expressway.

It was gathered that the driver of the truck ran into the bad spot unknowingly and lost control.

Though, there is no causality, but the residents in the area have called the state government to fix a failed portion between Ado and Ikere Ekiti dual carriageway due to its responsibility for incessant accidents.

The call was made by sympathizers at the scene of an accident involving a truck loaded with fuel at the failed spot.

It was gathered that several accidents resulting to loss of lives have been recorded in this area.
