A Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar overtaken the Governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal in the PDP presidential primary race.

Atiku’s agent, Deuben Oniyan received more ballot papers from the ongoing sorting of votes than Tambuwal.

Tambuwal was initially the lead until the turn of events.
