Fire Destroys Home of Human Parts Dealer in Ibadan

A man who was arrested for killing and selling human parts in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, has lost his home to a mysterious fire.

The man, Rahmon Opeyemi Muibi, also known as Alubarika, was one of the three suspects nabbed by the Oyo State Police Command a few days ago, with the body parts of an unidentified victim.

Newsflash Nigeria reports that Muibi’s residence, located along the Apete-Akufo Road in the Alapata area of Ido Local Government Area, was engulfed by fire on Monday evening.

The fire, which started around 7.30 pm, razed the entire building and its contents.

The cause of the fire is still unknown, as no one was around when it broke out.

A source in the area said that the fire might have been a result of divine justice or an act of revenge by the relatives of Muibi’s victims.
