Fayemi Appoints Emir Sanusi As Ekiti State University Chancellor

Ekiti State University has appointed the Emir of Kano, Malam Muhammadu Sanusi II as Chancellor of the institution.

In an acceptance letter addressed to the Secretary to Ekiti State Government, Matawallen Kano, Aliyu Ibrahim Ahmed expressed appreciation of the Emir to the Governor for finding Malam Muhammadu Sanusi worthy to be appointed as Chancellor of Ekiti State University.

It promised the Emir, Malam Muhammadu Sanusi II would bring his wealth of experience to bear in the development of the institution for the benefit of mankind.

Malam Muhammad Sanusi II is also the Chancellor of the University of Benin in Edo State and the Skyline University of Nigeria, the first international private university in the northwestern part of Nigeria.
