The Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB has updated the recruiting teachers into public schools within the state, Newsflash247 reports.
The SUBEB Chairman, Prof Francesca Aladejana said all the applicants are advised to visit www.ekitistate/subebexamslip to make payment for the recruitment examination fee.
The examination registration has become expedient due to the need to assign SEAT NUMBERS to guide applicants to locate their allocated venues in the centres.
In view of the huge number of applications received, the cost of logistics for the examination has risen considerably so the SUBEB board, after due consultations, decided to introduce an examination fee to cover the expenses, hence all applicants will now pay N1, 000:00 (one thousand naira only) as exam processing fees.
Applicants are advised to follow the process on the website to confirm their registration for the examination, pay the processing fee of ONE THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY and secure a seat number.
All applicants are expected to come with their Examination printout slips for the examination on Saturday 21st September 2019 at their selected centres. Any printout slip without an Examination Seat Number will not be accepted at the examination centers.
In the meantime, the attention of Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has been drawn to reports that some faceless individuals, using unverified websites, have started requesting for various sums of money from unsuspecting members of the public who applied for teaching appointments under the ongoing recruitment exercise for Primary School Teachers in the state. All applicants are advised to disregard information from any other website except www.ekitistate.gov.ng
Applicants are also advised in their own interest to report the activities of fraudsters reportedly requesting for money to help them get this employment through the SUBEB Recruitment Facebook group page or to law enforcement agents. Applicants should rest assured that the recruitment will be purely on merit and fair to all.
