Ekiti Election: Senator Fatimat Raji Rasaki dumps PDP, Joins APC

The senator represents Ekiti Central Senatorial District, Senator Fatimat Olufunke Raji- Rasaki has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP for the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Senator Rasaki has a rancour with the Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose since 2015. she joined Senator Sheriff/Buruji group in order to control the affairs of the party but the former National Chairman, Senator Sheriff lost the supreme court, Rasaki was not active in the PDP affairs.

Rasaki, who is the Chairman, Senate Committee on Trade and Investment.

Senator Fatimat Raji-Rasaki made her position known on Sunday in Ado Ekiti that she has joined the All Progressive Congress today, Sunday, July 1 at her ward in Ado- Ekiti.
