Ekiti APC Guber Primary: APC Clears Bamisile, Coker

The APC screening committee for the 2018 Ekiti State governorship election leads by the former governor of Bayelsa State, Timipreye Sylva has been cleared, Hon. Olufemi Bamisile and Mr Olumyiwa Coker to contest the party’s primary poll on May 5.

Bamisile hails from Omuo Ekiti from Ekiti East Local Government Area while Muyiwa Coker from Ido/Osi Local Governments area

The Chairman Screening Committees, Chief Timpreye Syiva, promised that, the committees would thorough and fair to all aspirants in carrying out the assignment.

“We will do a thorough job and make sure that no misfit or anybody not qualified pass through this committee”.

Other members of the screening committee are National Organising Secretary, Senator Osita Izunaso, Samaila Yusuf, Hajia Gamawa, Ayo Afolabi, Bilymin Shinkafi, Alhaji Muhammed Mustapha and Mr Denton Ogbuehi who will as Secretary.

The Appeal Committee has Abuzarri Ribadu as Chairman, Tunde Esan a secretary and Kayode Oseni, Osaro Buzugbe and Edem Selong members

The screening of other aspirants continues today.
