Ekiti 2018: PDP Governorship Candidate, Olusola Receiving Certificate of Return

Ekiti State Deputy Governor and PDP Governorship candidate for the July 14 election, Prof Kolapo Olusola, receiving his Certificate of Return from the PDP Deputy National Chairman (South), Elder Yemi Akinwonmi, at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja on Wednesday, May 9.

Olusola said welfare of the people, good governance and unprecedented development of Ekiti State will define his administration even as he extended hands of fellowship to Prince Dayo Adeyeye after received the Certificate of Return.

Olusola on Tuesday emerged winner of the PDP governorship primary held Eagles Squares, Ajilosun Area in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital. He polled 1,191 votes to defeat PDP’s former national spokesman, Prince Dayo Adeyeye, who garnered 770 votes from the primaries.
