EFCC Arrests Six Yahoo Boys In Abuja

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested six internet fraudsters, popularly known as ‘Yahoo Yahoo Boys’, in Abuja.

The anti-graft agency made this known in a statement released on Wednesday, April 19, stating that the suspects were arrested at the Jahi and Dawaki axes of the Capital City, following credible intelligence on their alleged criminal activities on Tuesday.

The suspects were Emmanuel Ndubuisi, Solomon Tochukwu, Okotie Kingsley, Benedict Akor, Samuel Anosike and Samson Iffy.

Items recovered from them include; one Mercedes Benz car, two Lexus RX350s, and Toyota Camry, Newsflash Nigeria understands.

Others are laptops, mobile phones, one international passport, and an expensive wristwatch.

EFCC added that they would be charged to court as soon as the investigation is concluded.
