Edo Decides: Ize-Iyamu casts vote as Obaseki queues
No fewer than 19 security agents, including police and NSCDC, observed at Adams Oshiomhole’s polling unit - Unit 001, Ward 10, Iyamho, Etsako West LGA.
The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Edo State, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, has just cast his vote, Newsflash247 reports.
He voted at exactly 9:30am at polling unit 26, ward 5 in Iguododo community, Orionhwon Local Government Area.
He expressed the confidence that he would win the poll if the peaceful situation at his unit was the same everywhere.
Meanwhile, Edo Governor Godwin Obasekia, also a governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has arrived for accreditation and voting.
He arrived his polling unit at exactly 10: 24am accompanied by aides.
He has joined a long queue to vote at the time of filling this report.
