Court sacks Ekiti PDP Caretaker Committee, affirms Agboola loyal to Fayose as Chairman

The Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti on Thursday sacked the Ekiti State Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) appointed by Senator Ayu-led National Executive committee.

Recall that the NWC of PDP dissolved the Ekiti State Executive of the party on January 21 and appointed a seven-caretaker committee to run the party in the state.

The court today nullified the Ekiti  PDP caretaker committee and affirmed Alaba Agboola as the authentic State chairman of the party.

Alaba Agboola committee has loyalty to the former governor of the state, Ayo Fayose.
