Dino Melaye, Reno Omokri Mock Shehu Sani Over Resignation From APC

Dino Melaye, Senator represents Kogi West Senatorial District and aide to the former president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has mocked Senator Shehu Sani who represent Kaduna Central at Upper Chamber over the resignation from the rulling All Progressive Congress, APC.

Shehu Sani, who defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Saturday afternoon.

Sani disclosed a letter dated October 19 and addressed to the Chairman of the party, in ward 6, Tudun Wada North, Kaduna.

Although he did not give any specific reason for leaving and also did not state which party he would be defecting to, the decision may not be unconnected to the withdrawal of the automatic ticket given to him initially by the party’s National Working Committee.

Also Omokri said: Poor @ShehuSani. When you should have honourably left with @BukolaSaraki, you allowed yourself be deceived by Oshiomhole’s empty promise of ‘automatic ticket’. Now that automatic ticket has become automatic trick, you now realise you were used and dumped.
