The Osun State Independent Electoral Commission, OSIEC, and the government of the Osun State, led by Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola have been slammed with an order of the court to stop all the processes leading to the conduct of the local government election slated for January 27th, 2018 and the case was adjourned till March 12th 2018.
According to the reports reaching us from the Federal High Court, Abuja, the presiding judge warned the respondents, their agents and representative to stop anything to do with the conduct of the election as such will end up as contempt of the court.
The APC members were so aggrieved to the extent of attempting to attack people after losing out on the court.
