BREAKING: Nigeria Records Six New Coronavirus Cases; Rise To 190

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Friday morning, April 3, has announced the confirmation of another six new cases of COVID-19, otherwise known as Coronavirus in the country.

NCDC made the announcement Friday morning on its official twitter account.

With the new 6 cases, Nigeria now has 190 confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease.

A tweet on the NCDC’s official Twitter handle, said six of the new cases were recorded in Osun State, Nigeria.

Six new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Osun State, Nigeria.

“As of 11:00am on April 3, there are 190 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. 20 have been discharged with two deaths.

For a breakdown of cases by states, currently,

Lagos has 91 cases;

Abuja- 35;     

Osun- 20;

Oyo- 8;

Akwa Ibom- 5;

Ogun –  4;

Edo – 4;

Kaduna – 4;

 Bauchi – 3;

Enugu – 2;

Ekiti – 2;

 Rivers – 1;

 Benue – 1.
