The residents of the Kurmin Masara community in Atyap Chiefdom, Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State have fled the village over the fresh attack.
According to the report, the gunmen attack the community late night on Monday, lasted for several hours as the bandits continued to shoot sporadically till 1.00 am on Tuesday.
The attack is coming less than 24 hours after gunmen stormed Kurmin Masara community, killed 11 persons and burnt over 30 houses and properties
Youth leader of Atyap Chiefdom, Gabriel Joseph confirmed the attack to newsmen on Tuesday morning.
He said after residents of Kurmin Masara deserted their community during the Sunday attack, the gunmen decided to attack Atisa, a nearby settlement of the same Kurmin Masara axis.

He said the gunmen shot freely as there were no security personnel to counter them, just as the vigilantes in the area ran for their dear lives.
Joseph, who could not confirm if anyone was killed during the attack, said foodstuff, animals were carted away by gunmen
The youth leader called on the government to take serious action to defend and protect citizens and their properties.
Kaduna Police Command Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige, did not pick up his calls nor respond to text messages sent to him.
