Nigeria on Wednesday night, April 29, has recorded another 196 new cases of Covid-19, otherwise known as Coronavirus and seven deaths in eleven (11) states and Abuja, the country capital, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 1728 and 51 deaths.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made the announcement on Wednesday night, on its official Twitter account.
The new cases are spread across Lagos, Kano, Borno, Edo, Kaduna, Kastina, Sokoto, Yobe, Ebonyi, Adamawa and Gombe states as well as Abuja, the country capital.
The centre also said that seven person deaths from Coronavirus-related complications in the country, but the number of fatalities rise to 51.
