Nigeria on Saturday night, May 9, has recorded another 239 new cases of Covid-19, otherwise known as Coronavirus and 11 deaths in fourteen (14) states as well as Abuja, the country capital, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 4151 and 128 deaths.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made the announcement on Saturday night, on its official Twitter account.
The new cases are spread across Lagos, Kano, Katsina, Borno, Bauchi, Ogun, Plateau, Oyo, Sokoto, Kaduna, Kwara, Kebbi, Adamawa and Ekiti States as well as country capital, Abuja.
The centre also said that eleven person deaths from Coronavirus-related complications in the country, but the number of fatalities rise to 128.

On the 9th of May 2020, 239 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria. Till date, 4151 cases have been confirmed, 745 cases have been discharged and 128 deaths have been recorded in Nigeria.
