Nigeria on Thursday night, May 14, has recorded another 193 new cases of Covid-19, otherwise known as Coronavirus and 3 deaths in fourteen (14) states as well as Abuja, the country capital, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 5182 and 167 deaths.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made the announcement on Thursday night, on its official Twitter account.
The new cases are spread across Lagos, Jigawa, Kano, Bauchi, Kwara, Edo, Plateau, Nasarawa, Ondo, Yobe, Ogun, Imo, Borno and Gombe States as well as country capital, Abuja.
The centre also said that three (3) person deaths from Coronavirus-related complications in the country, but the number of fatalities rise to 167.

On the 14th of May 2020, 193 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria. Till date, 5162 cases have been confirmed, 1180 cases have been discharged and 167 deaths have been recorded in Nigeria.
